December 2021 COVID Update

To stay healthy, we need to continue to do everything (and more) that we have done for the past 20 months. We cannot let our guard down. Please stay safe and stay healthy through the holidays. Throughout history, many societies and religions have acknowledged the long dark nights giving way to increased light as we cross the solstice—our best to you for the new year as the light returns.

September 2021 COVID Update

Dear Friends— The days fly by and summer is rapidly turning to fall in Maine. In our last update, we hoped to have the pandemic in the rearview mirror. Sadly, that has not happened in Maine, or across the country and world. With apologies for length, here is the current situation. In April 2020, we […]

July 2021 COVID Update

Dear Friends— We hope this finds you all healthy and renewed from the 4th of July holiday weekend. Maine has opened up and it is so good to see an energized economy and the state of emergency lifted. Much has changed and continues to change with COVID as we continue to turn the corner to subduing […]

June 2021 COVID Update

Dear Friends – The days fly by. Summer arrives with the somber Memorial Holiday and after weeks of needing rain it arrived all at once with a good dose of cold to boot. The streets outside our office in Camden are busy and it is good to see people’s faces after a long year. We […]

I was in D.C. running an FAA/Industry US Helicopter Safety Team Infrastructure Summit which we took virtual overnight before returning to Maine.  In the months since, we have learned […]

November 24, 2020 COVID Update

Dear Friends, Thanksgiving beckons as we write this. Along with Christmas, the end of year holidays for all religions, and New Year’s we are all thinking about family, friends and loved ones we care about. It’s a time to be thankful and to celebrate. Despite the pandemic we cannot afford to miss these important moments […]

November 1, 2020 COVID Update

Dear Friends, The edges of winter have arrived in Maine and with the cold we are all moving indoors. While we have been sending out these updates monthly, with the changing face of the pandemic we are accelerating this update. Moving indoors increases all of our risks and the update is sobering.  While Maine continues to do […]
