Volunteers – 25th Anniversary Patient Reunion

Volunteer at our Patient Reunion!

We are looking for 50 friends and supporters of LifeFlight, who would donate a few hours of their time on Saturday, November 4, 2023, to assist at our 25th Anniversary Patient Reunion.

We are expecting more than 400 former LifeFlight patients and their families, and we need your help.

We are looking for people to assist with parking, drive golf carts, welcome people and hand out name tags, collect trash and recycling, help with activities for children such as face painting and coloring, assist with taking photos in front of our aircraft, facilitate activities at the “Gratitude Station,” and more.

This event will take place from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at our hangar in Bangor — 189 Odlin Road, Bangor, Maine 04401.

We ask that all volunteers arrive at 12:00 pm.

Please note the reunion is happening at an active airport hangar. Pets are not permitted (certified service dogs are allowed). A photographer will be there taking photos. Members of the press may also be in attendance.
