In 1983, Lori Beth Schwartz founded Identity, Inc., an outerwear manufacturing company specializing in custom made jackets. With offices in both New York and LA, and a factory in Queens, NY, Identity became the gold standard for cast and crew jackets as well as tour jackets for the music industry. Eventually Identity held licenses from The Atlanta Olympic Committee, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, National Football League and various schools. After selling the business, Lori Beth continued to work as VP of New Business Development, and retired in 2001, when she turned her energies to helping her community and raising her two children, Kalli Ruth and Reuben.
Lori Beth has been the recipient of numerous community service awards, such as Leadership Award from CoPay of Great Neck, The Lily Wang Outstanding Community Service Award from Great Neck Chinese Association, she was inducted into The May W. Newberger Women’s Roll of Honor of Nassau County, and elected as President of The United Parent Teacher Council of Great. She is proudly part of the extended Zwecker Family and has multi-generational roots in Port Clyde and Maine.
