Farrah Fidler
Farrah grew up in the Bangor region, where she has remained and built both her family and her career. After holding several positions in employee benefit administration she stepped into healthcare HR with Northern Light Health in 2013. Since that time she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Husson University and expanded her expertise in all areas of HR, including employee benefits, retirement plans, compensation, and supporting organizations as a trusted HR Business Partner. Farrah has a strong desire to help others, and she is passionate about supporting the leaders and teams that are on the front lines of taking care of the people of Maine. Having already had the opportunity to support LifeFlight through her time with Northern Light Health, the transition to LifeFlight was a natural progression. She’s is excited to be part of such an amazing team and mission. Farrah is a member of the Bangor Regional Leadership Institute Class of 2023 and is in the process of completing her MBA in Business Administration with Husson University.
Farrah, along with her husband, son, and adorable beagle, lives in Bangor. She enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts, cruising, and getting outside to appreciate the beauty of Maine.
