Cindy is a retired partner from Dechert LLP’s global finance practice where she advised international and domestic clients on investment adviser formation, credit platform structuring, fund formation, risk retention solutions, securitizations, credit derivatives and other structured products. While at Dechert she was co-head of its collateralized loan obligation practice which, for many years, has been voted best globally by industry participants. She also advised the Loan Syndication Trading Association on a variety of regulatory issues. Cindy has authored numerous thought leadership articles in industry publications and was a regular presenter at industry association conferences on relevant regulatory and market issues.

Cindy currently resides in Spruce Head, ME and has a home in Massachusetts. She has been on the LifeFlight Foundation Board since 2021 and chairs the Governance Committee and the Nominating Committee.
